Adam Fahrenholz

is the Assistant Professor for Feed Milling in the Prestage Department of Poultry Science. He obtained a Bachelor in Science in Feed Science & Management, from Kansas State University in 2005, his Master Degree in Grain Science (2008) and a Ph.D. in Grain Science (2012) from Kansas State University.

He interacts with the feed industry through cooperative extension and as a consultant, helping to troubleshoot issues associated with manufacturing and quality control. Dr. Fahrenholz served as a Post Doctoral Research Scholar at NC State prior to joining the Faculty in October, 2013. His current responsibilities include teaching, providing industry outreach, and conducting feed manufacturing research.
