is a Veterinary Doctor graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. He obtained a Doctorate in Applied Sciences at the National University of Lujan.
He has taught at the Poultry Production course and directed the Specialization in Poultry Production of the National University of Luján. In 2015 he has been appointed Professor Emeritus.
Mauricio has written more than 30 papers in national and international magazines, published a book on coccidiosis and participated in numerous conferences and congresses. Currently, in addition to his work at the university, he is consulting in various companies related to poultry production and collaborates with anpro campus in the development of poultry health courses.
