is currently founder and President of L&L Agriculture and Biotechnology. He received a B.S. in Animal Science and a M.S.
in Meat Science from the University of Illinois and a Ph.D. In Animal and Poultry Science from NCSU. He has fifteen peer-reviewed publications published or in the process of being published. Within his career he has been an instructor at NCSU, Cal Poly, and UC-Davis in meat science and poultry processing.
Furthermore, he was formerly the Senior Technical Solutions Manager at DSM Animal Nutrition and an Assistant Professor at NCSU. Within his career he has had variety of roles in that included technical writing in many forms, from peer-reviewed journal articles to HACCP documents.
